This is my first children's book, a collection of short 1-2 page bedtime stories, jam packed with lots of my pictures and 12 fun, exciting stories featuring two best friends named Bubba and Bubba, the Flying Mingling Brothers. I read this book to our genius son Julian when he was only 2 1/2 years old, and was amazed that he understood the stories and laughed in the right places at such a tender age. I put the recommended reading level of The Legendary Adventures at 6-8 years old. This is a really fun book for any child, or anyone who happens once to have been a child!

The day a water buffalo named Katrina stampeded through my beloved New Orleans, August 28th, 2005 and devastated my life, I did get a lucky break. This book was sitting in a print shop in Thailand safe from the flood. I'd been working on this project for over 7 years, and I consider this book my best work. It is an exciting epic adventure story with hundreds of my full color illustrations. Once again starring the Double Bubbas, only this time they somehow get a blimp and go on the most exciting trip from the middle of no where to New Orleans, then on to San Francisco, where they participate in Blimpfest and beat the Germans in the Big Race. It is the greatest adventure story ever told. Guaranteed. In the back of the book there is a historical section/appendix full of artists renditions of zeppelins and blimps from 100 years ago.
